Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions within India. For international shipping, please contact us at support@growingbull.in to check availability.
Orders to restricted or non-serviceable areas may not be fulfilled, and customers will be notified promptly.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can use the tracking ID to monitor your shipment status on our partner courier’s website.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.
Orders not claimed or received within the courier’s holding period may be returned to us. Re-shipping fees will apply in such cases.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
For damaged items, kindly share clear photographs of the package and the product to support@growingbull.in for swift resolution.

8. Amendments to Shipping Address

Changes to the shipping address must be communicated before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, changes cannot be accommodated.
